Just fit the bra section over the bust, then roll the torso section over the belly. The one-way stretch back panel gently helps provide support across your back and abdomen whilst an elasticised support band helps to cradle the abdomen, lifting weight off the pelvis.
Belly Bra is designed to fit snugly, but should not be tight or constrictive. Choose according to your current bra size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size as you will continue to "grow" towards your due date.
